Shipping policy

We process and ship all orders within 3 business days (often sooner!). Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. Delivery times may vary based on location, selected shipping method, and/or carrier delays. Unfortunately these are outside of our control. While we'll always do our part to get your order out quickly, we are unable to expedite or guarantee transit times once it has been shipped.

Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.,) we are no longer responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier, as they are better suited to help you with a solution! 

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to incorrect information. Orders sent back to us due to incorrect address will require additional shipping fees to be resent. 

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package: Please check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package still cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. This is the fastest and easiest way to get to the bottom of the situation!
